Enjoy a mini escape or staycation by the Hastings River in the beautiful Port Macquarie with Positive Energy Adventures & Retreats staying at fabulous and fun Camp Jordans. Setting up in a Retro Caravan, or Glamping the night away, trying something a little bit different and having fun.
Our mini escape is perfect for those that are time poor and want a little bit of me time with a little bit of adventure.
Enjoy an afternoon of hiking along the Hastings River to the North Shore Beach. Walking along the low tide and enjoying an afternoon of white sandy beaches with a beautiful ocean backdrop. Enjoying part of the first section of our Positive Energy Day One Multi Day hike, you may be inspired to join us for a longer hike next time.
The hike to North Shore beach return is an easy graded hike that allows you to experience the thrill of hiking along the beach in a relaxed pace with a packed lunch. We may even stop for a dip if tides allow.
The hike is approximately 6-8km return. Starting at Camp Jordans, where we will return for the Sunset with some water activities including SUPs or Kayaking depending on the tide and weather. Or maybe you would just prefer to laze away the afternoon on a deck chair at the private Camp Jordan beach.
Wake to a sunrise Yoga/Stretch or Mediation session followed by a sunrise dip before breakfast is served. Head home refreshed and relaxed, making some new friends and getting some positive energy into your life.
A very minimal base level of fitness is required and this offers a great introduction to longer hiking even if you have never hiked before.
Gather around the Camp Kitchen to make a lovely array of Wood Fired Pizzas for Dinner and enjoying local wines.
