Insulated Lunch Box and SwimCaps to Keep: Each participant receives an insulated lunch box to keep your meals fresh and a custom Positive Energy swim cap as a memento of your retreat.

Wetsuits and Snorkelling Gear: Available for you ready to go for you to hire at your own cost.

• Guided Activities:

3 Scenic Guided Hikes: Discover the diverse landscapes of Lord Howe Island on three guided hikes, each exploring different sections of this stunning paradise. Southern, Northern and Central Hikes. Plus optional extra guided hike, Mt Gower as an additional extra.

3 Invigorating Guided Swims: Experience the thrill of open water swimming with three guided swims in the island's protected lagoon, with options to suit different skill levels.

3 Rejuvenating Wellness Sessions: Participate in three expertly led wellness sessions, including Pilates, Strength and/or Yoga, designed to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.
