The sunrise oranges and ocean blues, they are forever changing and awaiting us. Natures’ colours are all around us.

Our Positive Energy logo colours are blue and orange for a reason. So representative of all that we do in our multi day pack free hiking retreats.

It was a special sunrise in the red dirt outback that inspired the orange. The orange was full of glow and an energy that was indescribable. A sense of the mother earth and an energy renewing, a ‘brand new day’ awaiting ready to be filled with adventure.

The colour blue inspired by the water around us, from ocean to river to sky. How can there be so many variations of blue? Such an important colour found in nature offering more of a calming and serene mood.

Nature's colours have been long believed to evoke different moods and create different energies.

They have a calming effect on our nervous system, allowing our minds to quieten and creating some space.

When we admire a sunrise, we stop. We imagine. We connect. We share. The sunrise is such a great way to start the day and its always there. When we look at the ocean and the sky, we reflect on the enormity of both and often are able to put things into perspective.

As humans, we thrive on connection. Nature is such a valuable connection available to us all. We can connect with nature in our day-to-day life if we just allow ourselves to do so.
